Payment
All payments will be made via paypal. Payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Copyright
All graphics that are created for your project will belong to you once the design is completed.

Credit
A credit link to Whimsical must be placed on your blog. The link shall remain intact as long as you are using our design.
